Reef Quest departs Cairns for its Outer Great Barrier Reef dive trips at 8.30am daily, from “B” finger at the Marlin Marina.  Check in is at 8am and you should be on time to ensure you don’t miss the boat.  Your vessel for the day, Reef Quest, has been custom built to provide ease of access to and from the water with a semi-submerged dive deck at the rear.  So, where are you off to for your day of diving?  As one of Cairns’ longest running dive operators, Deep Sea Divers Den is licensed to visit 17 different reef destinations including Saxon, Hastings and Norman Reefs.  Norman Reef is always a favourite, thanks to its 1.5m Maori Wrasse resident called Wally.  Wally has been a friend of divers for years and is always good for a memorable photo opportunity.  Maximise your diving experience by booking a Dive Guide, this is in addition to your ticket price but is a sound investment.  Your professional Dive Guide will point out interesting reef residents and make sure you are at ease during your Great Barrier Reef dive experience.  This value for money day tour returns to Cairns at 4.30pm.
