Reef Daytripper limits its daily guest numbers to just 20 people, making this one of the smallest and most intimate scuba diving day tours operating from Cairns.  Enjoy morning tea and coffee as you make your way to our private moorings at your Great Barrier Reef destination, Upolu Cay.  Although your certified dive is in addition to the standard ticket price, this is not unusual with Cairns dive day tour boats.  Introductory and safety briefings are provided on board, before you arrive at nature’s playground on the Great Barrier Reef.  You have just under four hours to enjoy and explore the coral gardens of the Cay, so pace yourself to maximise your day.

Reef Daytripper provides scuba diving day tours to Upolu Cay on the Great Barrier Reef daily.  Taking just a maximum of 20 guests per trip, Reef Daytripper provides the experience and service you would normally only enjoy on a private sailing yacht and enjoys private moorings at Upolu Cay.  On your morning journey, enjoy tea and coffee as the friendly crew provide reef interpretation and safety briefings.  On arrival, choose between diving, snorkelling or swimming.  Upolu Cay is surrounded by shallow, protected, crystal clear waters and the experienced Reef Daytripper crew will show you their private dive and snorkel locations.   During the day, you will have two sites to explore and just under four hours at the Great Barrier Reef.  On board, you can choose to relax in the shaded bow nets of the boat or help out with hands on sailing in the afternoon.  All equipment, reef education and a guided tour is included in the ticket price, as is a tropical buffet lunch, wine, cheese and fruit platter.  Please note, vegetarians can be catered for but this must be pre-booked, so please let them know at the time of booking.  Cheese, biscuits and fruit platters are served during the homeward journey.
