The Quicksilver Group have been providing day tours to the Great Barrier Reef, off Cairns and Port Douglas, for 30 years.  A few years ago they launched the Silver Series, which is tailored to provide small groups of adventure travellers with diving and snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef in comfort and style.  Silverswift is the Cairns-based vessel that provides amazing, daily dive trips to the Great Barrier Reef.  Enjoy five hours on the reef at three different reef locations.  There are a range of packages available, including one, two or three certified dives with all dive gear included or just tanks and weights.  A great day of diving that can be tailored to suit your needs and preferences.

Silverswift departs Cairns daily and is the only boat to visit three different reef and dive sites, maximising your Great Barrier Reef diving day tour adventure.  Each site is carefully selected to provide certified divers with excellent visibility, ecological diversity and the challenge of discovery and include Flynn, Pellowe, Milln and / or Thetford Reefs. 

Explore stunning coral formations and underwater gardens, observe nemo in his natural surrounds and be amazed at the range of life thriving in this natural paradise.  A quick overview of your itinerary is as follows: 9.50am, arrive at your first reef destination and enjoy an hour in the water before moving to your second location at 11.15am; 12.30pm enjoy lunch and more time in the water before moving to your third reef destination at 1.45pm; depart the Great Barrier Reef to return to Cairns at 3pm. 

Silverswift is a part of the Quicksilver Group and offers an amazing range of inclusions in this Cairns dive day tour.  There is a large submerged platform at the rear of the boat, providing comfortable access to and from the water.  A free reef interpretation presentation and snorkel tour with a reef guide, provides an excellent  introduction to the Great Barrier Reef.  When not in the water, you will enjoy all the features of this spacious, 29m catamaran including large sun decks, air-conditioned interiors and hot, freshwater showers.   As well as morning and afternoon tea, there is a tropical smorgasbord lunch that is guaranteed to refill your tanks.  It features many delicious treats, including fresh seafood, hot curries, salads and refreshing fruit.
