Sea Kayaking on the Coral Sea over the Great Barrier Reef, just 45-minutes from Cairns, what an adventure! This amazing day tour departs Cairns daily at 8.30am.  Board the Fitzroy Flyer at Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal and enjoy a comfortable 45-minute transfer to stunning Fitzroy Island.  Start your day with the fully guided three-hour sea kayaking tour around Fitzroy Island.  No experience is necessary a full safety briefing is provided as a part of the package.  Sea kayak is definitely the easiest, most tranquil and picturesque way to explore this continental island and its private beaches. A delicious, healthy picnic lunch is provided including a chicken and salad wrap (or ham, cheese and tomato sandwich), piece of fresh seasonal fruit, energy bar, juice and water.  In the afternoon the choice is yours.  Snorkel the coral reefs and be amazed at the diversity of hard and soft corals, explore the island on one of the four walking trails, relax on the beach, enjoy a drink at the bar, see how high you can jump on the ocean trampoline or just chill out with a good book under a coconut tree.  The return ferry departs Fitzroy Island at 4.30pm, bringing you back into Cairns around 5.15pm.  This is a great day out and the only Cairns Great Barrier Reef day tour to combine islands, snorkeling and sea kayaking – its excellent value for money.
